The professional nutrition societies basically agree that a complete supply of nutrients container be achieved with a purely vegan diet. However, they point out that the foods to achieve this must be chosen very consciously and specifically. This is especially true for people in special circumstances such as pregnant women, breastfeeding women, athletes and children. This also includes people who would like to eat a vegan diet but do not have the time or experience to pay detailed attention to all the nutrients. For these groups, the specially developed vegan capsule is recommended as a nutritional supplement with the substances that we consume in our typical menus, mainly from animal products.

With the recommended consumption of 1 capsule per day, for example, the conditions for the following health claims according to Regulation (EU) 432/2012 are met: *

• Vitamin C increases iron absorption
• Iron, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, riboflavin, vitamin B12, vitamin B6 and vitamin C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
• Selenium, iron, folate, vitamin A, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, vitamin C and vitamin D contribute to the normal function of the immune system
• Thiamine, biotin, iron, iodine, niacin, pantothenic acid, riboflavin, vitamin B12, vitamin B6 and vitamin C contribute to normal energy metabolism
• Vitamin E, riboflavin, selenium, vitamin C and zinc help protect cells from oxidative stress
• Vitamin K, vitamin D and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal bones
