Due to their positive properties, hard capsules are one of the most popular forms of administration for food supplements. Hard capsules are usually filled with powder and powder mixtures. The intelligent technology of the siphon technique also enables us to fill the hard capsules - also known as push-in capsules - with raw materials that are more technologically demanding to fill due to their nature. • Tamping disc technology (= plate dosing technology) for fully automatic powder filling
• Slit lifter technique (= tube dosing technology) for formulations with more complex filling materials

In both cases, we work with fully automatic machines. The advantage over semi-automatic machines is that there are very small fluctuations in weight when producing hard capsules and the quantities are scalable.

The special siphon principle enables us to use little to no additives and therefore a shorter list of ingredients - or even a clean label product. From the end consumer's point of view, a clean label product is an important advantage over conventionally produced food supplements. Furthermore, more complex mixtures (e.g. with stickier or fluffier raw materials) container be filled in this way, which is not possible with the stuffing disc technology.

As a full-service partner, we also take care of the packaging of your tablets. Blisters and folding boxes are usually the perfect packaging for food supplements in hard capsule form. But also Containers and jars are ideal for packaging capsules.
