What distinguishes Epax concentrates from conventional fish oil concentrates?
- The shelf life is always 3 years. Most conventional fish oil concentrates only have a shelf life of 2 years.
- Epax container guarantee a very low degree of oxidation. (Peroxide value, anisidine value, Totox value)
- Enzymatic re-esterification produces highly bioavailable, concentrated triglycerides, with all EPAX TGN products containing more than 90% triglycerides (commercially only 50% to 60%). This very gentle enzymatic re-esterification is far superior to traditional chemical processes.
- Ultra-purity – contaminant parameters are at or below the detection limit.
